I believe in the power of resilience. I believe that a person’s journey is filled with strengths that will see them through the toughest challenges. And I enjoy partnering with people to offer the support, assistance, and connection that may be needed to continue a fulfilling journey.
We have all had experiences throughout our life that have caused us to suffer and question hope. Through the use of various treatment modalities including Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and others, I will partner with you to assist in identifying your personal goals, and assist in decreasing the suffering from any previous experiences that may be causing emotional and thought barriers to those goals.
I am an EMDR Certified therapist and utilize a respectful, trauma-informed, non-judgmental approach to the strengths-based focus and foundation in my practice, and I look forward to meeting you soon.

I believe that during our lives we all need to seek professional help that leaves judgement and bias at the door. It is my intention to provide an environment that inspires growth, compassion, hope, and a path to wellness. The answers are in ourselves but our experiences no longer allow us to easily see them. The intention for this work is set by you and it is my role to guide you to your truth.

Trauma can leave us feeling stuck—replaying old memories or repeating patterns that no longer serve us. It can feel overwhelming to know how to move forward and create the life you want. I believe that every person has the capacity to grow, heal, and reclaim their story.
As your therapist, I listen deeply, offer understanding, and walk alongside you as we navigate the challenges you’re facing. I hold space for all of your intersecting identities and honor the unique experiences you bring to therapy. My approach is eclectic, drawing from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Parts Work. I am also a certified Perinatal Mental Health specialist and have received additional training for treating issues that can commonly occur during prenatal and postpartum. I tailor techniques to meet you where you are and support you in moving toward where you want to be.
I believe there are many paths to healing. If you feel therapy may be the right step for you, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
